Hi, I'm Rachael Siller,

I founded RLS Billing Services with one goal: to help mental health professionals spend less time navigating billing and insurance and more time providing exceptional care.

With a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology and years of experience in behavioral health, I understand the unique challenges providers face—from insurance credentialing and claims management to running a successful practice.

I created RLS to offer something different from larger billing companies: personalized service, responsive communication, and a true partnership built on trust.
